Bột bắp bọc xúc xích chiên giòn với vỏ ngoài giòn rụm bao lấy xúc xích béo ngon. Với một chút biến tấu trong cách chế biến, bạn sẽ có một món ăn vặt thật hấp dẫn nhé!
Cho bột bắp, bột mì và men nở và 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối vào tô, trộn đều. Sau đó, cho tiếp trứng gà, 300ml sữa tươi và 1 muỗng canh mật ong vào, tiếp tục trộn đều tất cả rồi cho vào 1 ly cao.
Xiên que vào xúc xích theo chiều dọc rồi nhúng vào hỗn hợp bột cho bột phủ đều bên ngoài.
Đun nóng già 500ml dầu ăn rồi cho các que xúc xích đã nhúng bột vào chiên giòn và ngã màu vàng cam thì vớt ra, để ráo dầu.
Bày trí ra đĩa và thưởng thức với tướng ớt và sốt mayonnaise.
