Đun nóng già 500ml dầu ăn rồi cho các que xúc xích đã nhúng bột vào chiên giòn và ngã màu vàng cam thì vớt ra, để ráo dầu.
Bày trí ra đĩa và thưởng thức với tướng ớt và sốt mayonnaise.
